  2. The verdict form in the sexual harassment case of  Rena Weeks against the law firm of Baker & McKenzie and former partner Martin Greenstein. The jury returned the verdict on Aug. 26, 1994.
  3. The vote did not have to be unanimous. Instead, 9 of the 12 jurors had to vote yes in order to answer a question. On Sept. 1, 1994, the jury awarded Weeks punitive damages of  $7.1 million.
